Does not display joining lines for octopus merge

Description

Hi,

I have tried to close multiple pull requests at once by doing an octopus merge locally and pushing it. The plugin normally displays joining lines correctly when I merge two branches locally or when BitBucket server merges a pull request.

But when I tried my first octupus I ended up with an unexpected result.

I have already deleted the topic branches remotely, otherwise you would see branch pointers on the dangling commits. The problem of this view is that it looks like the topic branches are not yet integrated into master, but they are instead.

I think that reproducing is simple as doing a trivial octopus merge on a text-file-based sample project.

Thank you for your help.
