Polls broken in Confluence 5.9

Description

Hello,

We have been using the "Polls for Confluence" add-on for our intranet and it worked great until recently. The problems started when we upgraded Confluence to version 5.9.x, it broke all existing polls and also newly-created ones:

  • user votes all appear as "anonymous" while they are certainly logged-in

  • dates are no longer displayed in "date polls"

  • some Java code comes up in the rendered page instead of user icons:

I attached a screen-shot of the issue, and here are some more technical details:
Confluence version: 5.9.12 + Zen Foundation
Polls for Confluence version: 2.0.5

Please let me know if there is more information I can provide.

Regards,
Mihnea
